21st September 1918
I have done some research into this and found that frank Walker was awarded a DSM Distinguished Service Medal due to Honours For Services In action with enemy submarines.
This pocket watch was then presented to Frank Walker on September 21st 1918 by The Coal Conciliation Board.
Unfortunately the case is missing but we still have the engraving and original movement.
This movement is non working & being sold for restoration, parts or repair
The balance wheel is not moving freely.
