The balance wheel is intact, moving & ticking shortly as shown in the video before stopping.
The previous owner has fitted a seiko strap to this watch.
The hands set well.
The movement does not wind.
The case measures 36mm
The case + crown measures 38mm
The strap is 6.5 inches (16.5cm)
The lug width is 18mm
